Elaine was born and raised in Indy and still calls it home today. Her education at Ball State University earned her a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She also was a part of Pi Beta Phi sorority and was a member of Rho Lambda, a National Sorority Leadership Recognition Society. She completed her degree by interning in the rehabilitation department at Riley Hospital for Children where she volunteered in the outpatient and inpatient centers. Elaine would shadow various business professionals such as physical, occupational, and speech therapists. Along with gaining a lot of exposure, she had the opportunity to build special bonds with children during her 4 month experience that will last a lifetime.
Since graduating college, Elaine earned her certification in Health and Wellness coaching. She most recently obtained her Zumba Instructor certification in August 2016.
In her spare time, she enjoys working out, spending time with family and friends at their lake house, and enjoys a good book. The month of May is an exciting time of year for Elaine as Indy Car is a big hobby of hers.
